The Community Navigators provide linkage and referral to community resources such as: mental health; substance abuse; food and shelter; tutoring and after-school programs; parenting classes; clothing and shoes; low-cost medical services.

Serving Tri-City residents 60 years and older who have age-related limitations that make it difficult for them to access mental health care. Service providers can visit the home, and services such as support groups are available at convenient locations. (Peer to Peer Programs also provide senior services).

This is a gathering over a meal for people who are in the process of or seeking to become clients of Tri-City MHC. It’s a “bridge” from indigent to client status. It takes place every Thursday at 4:00 PM.
