Services include: advocacy, independent living skills, housing information/resources, peer counseling for the disabled; Assistance with filling out forms for SSI/SSDI, Medicare, and Medical. (Services are available in Spanish and Chinese.)

Bridges, Inc.
Bridges focuses on independence, community living, and maintenance of a healthy lifestyle. Both programs described below serve Transitional Age Youth (TAY) ages 18-23 and adults ages 18-59 with a mental health diagnosis and/or a dual diagnosis.
Residential Program: Provides a structured setting which focuses on rehabilitation and restoring independence.
